To study, is there any suitable method by which type 1 diabetic can be completely recovered. To understand how transplantation of organs specially kidney or pancreas or both provides solutions to all problems of diabetic type 1. Whether simultaneous kidney- pancreas transplant helpful in maintaining blood glucose level for those patients and what are the complications occur in these organs transplants and can we recover those complications. Overall, to study what are the improvements done in the treatment for diabetes type 1 over the period and what is the best way to recover?
